Today, while I was making dinner, Jaxon and Cori were coloring outside being pretty quiet (a rare thing in my house) and out of the blue Jaxon said "Mom, you're my best friend!"
Awww.... Isn't he sweet? He made my mothers day. Love ya Jax!!

Addie is 2 months old!!
23 1/4" long
She has been a pretty good baby and has actually been sleeping really good the past two weeks...hopefully she continues doing that. She started smiling around 6 weeks and especially loves to smile at Jaxon. The only bad news is that they think she is allergic to milk which means no dairy for me which means I practically eat NOTHING!! Everything has some sort of milk product in it and i love cheese with everything...I can't even eat chocolate!! ok..done complaining. She is still a champ...just hard to believe that she is already 2 months old and so big!
I couldn't resist these pics...Jaxon and Cori passed out on the couch while I was putting the baby to sleep...a very rare occasion in our house. They had a very busy day and skipped naps so they couldn't wait for me to put them to bed! They look so sweet when their asleep....

Its A Girl!!
Addison Jane has arrived! She was born on 1/22/10 at 1149 am. She was 6lbs 11oz and 19.5" long. I was shocked it was a girl (I was pretty convinced that it was a boy) and that she was so little. And surprise surprise, she looked just like the other two! Her newborn clothes were way to big...which is a big adjustment for me since the other two were little chunkers. Both of us are doing good and the adjustment hasn't been too bad...yet! Chad has been home and been a big help. Jaxon loves his little sister and wants to hold her all the time. Cori just tells me to put her back. Hopefully she'll get used to her being around. Addie is a very good baby...if we could just work on her sleep patterns at night....
