Jaxon's Latest...

Jaxon has a little "OCD" and his latest game is gathering any blankets he can find, all of his animals, and as many books as he can and he just sits in random places around the house. He organizes and reorganizes them and will not let me touch anything. Like he has a special place for everything. It's quite funny. He seems to just follow me around the house and make his little mess. It keeps him entertained for hours so I can't complain!
This is one of my favorites! I wish I could say that he is potty trained...but he just likes to sit on the potty. He tells me he has to poop but won't sit on the potty. I ask him if he wants to but he tells me no. His daily routine now...before his shower...is to sit on the potty. It is too funny! If only he actually used it for it's real purpose!

Maternity Pics- 7 months

I had Megan take some pics before I got too big!! Thanks Meg...they turned out great! My favorite is with Jaxon and he's giving baby Cori kisses and hugs! It was too cute. He is always kissing my belly and anytime we say "baby cori" he gives her kisses. It is so adorable (if he really only knew what is coming his way!)

Murder Mystery Party

Every February, my mom has a party for just the adults in my family. This year, we had a murder mystery dinner and it was lots of fun. We were all assigned a part and had to come to the party dressed in character and play along with the game...and try to solve the mystery. Everyone had tons of fun and the food was great!

Happy Valentines Day!!

Our playgroup had a Valentines party on Friday and it was tons of fun. The kids made a craft, decorated sugar cookies (or ate most of them as they tried to frost them) and then exchanged Valentines! It was a little chaotic but fun to seem them play and interact with each other. Poor Cody...Jaxon is obsessed with little babies and wouldn't leave him alone. He just wanted to hug and give him loves. We were surprised that we were able to get a group picture at the end. Just give everyone a sucker and their happy!We had a great time!

Tribute to President Hinckley

My sister sent this video to me. I thought it summed everything up pretty good! His death is bittersweet but I am glad that he is reunited with his sweet wife again. What a wonderful man and example. He will be greatly missed. I hope you enjoy this as much as I did.

Springs Preserves

We went to the Springs Preserve for playgroup and it was lots of fun. I think the best part was the playground. It was beautiful (somewhere in the high 50's) and Jaxon loved being outside. His favorite part was playing in the train and finding the animals and making animal noises. He's quite the character.

I did it!!

I finally did it! I have been going back and forth deciding if I should chop my hair off or not and I finally decided to do it...and am so glad! I cut off more than 12 inches so it was a little bit of a shock at first. Jaxon didn't even notice but Chad loves it and it is so much easier to take care of!!
